Hello, dear reader! Regardless of the “paper war” PRI is fighting against National Action Party (PAN), about the international highway 15 issue, yesterday Eduardo Bours practically turned the page and resumed the affaire …
--What we have always said it’s that the exit to this problem, is to fix the road, put in a high standard; close the Fundicion toll box and that’s it, problem solved; there is no confrontation, it’s something we deserve”.
As easy and simple like that.
But it seems like if for the Federal government, everything got complicated or, in other words, they don’t want anymore cheese but to get out of the mousetrap.
The responsible for all this mess is Abraham González Uyeda, subsecretarie of Interior Ministery.
Whom more than come and solve the issue, just complicated it.
Cause he came, put the “rattle on the cat” and then ran away from
He left the “snake crying”.
And sooner than later the National Asociation of Revolutionary Unity, condemned this simulated federalism, of trying to impose criteria of what’s to be done in
A simulated federalism that for years has existed on the mexican political system and was condemned as well by PAN.
Whose members have a short term memory about this issue.
Of course, because now the Federal government it’s leaded by a member of that party.
Now they have to be disciplinated.
But back to the issue of the manifestoo publishing, of wich Gerardo Ceja was responsible, he lost the manners and that’s where the problem turned out.
Because he call the subsecretarie on Interior Ministery, a “guacho”.
To defend him, the PANistas came out quickly.
Can you believe it, dear reader, how sensitive the PANistas are?
But we have to recognize that Gerardo Ceja, looked bad using that name.
Come on, even Eduardo Bours, said he disagree with the manifesto that originated the mediatic conflict between PRI and PAN.
But Eduardo it’s right, when he said that the PANistas reactions was overreacted.
The same whom from the sewers impulse and pay for black campaigns against every government action and program.
They’re the same PANistas that went criticized the Camino a Casa program, impulsated by Lourdes Laborín, DIF Sonora’s president.
Members of National Action Party that use the offense to justify their “ecological” struggle.
Yes, the PANistas are ask and exigate respect.
They should start first.
This is not a new trouble at all.
Eduardo Bours has been asking for years thru diplomatic and instititutional channels, a solution to the old problem of the international highewat that goes form Estacion Don to
And yes, in a moment, he asked to administrate the resources that are generated on the toll boxes of that important road.
Now, at least he’s asking and wishing that the Federal government can invest some money for repairs.
Cause for no one is a secret the terrible conditions of the highway, that has caused accidents and taken a couple dozens of lifes.
It’s urgent, then, to cease the mediatic fire and to look for a solution in this highway affaire.
Even when the only one with voice and vote to solve it, it’s Felipe Calderón Hinojosa and nobody else.
Not the senators, not the federal congressmen or local from National Action Party, can do something to solve the problem.
Nothing besides, of course, scream like crazy chachalacas.

Cause you should know, dear reader, that now the local congressmen are giving as many press conferences as they can.
With no mediatic impact.
To atract lights, it’s their only purpose.
They can read a thousands positionings at the State Congress.
But they have lost this fight.
Cause Eduardo, has a lot of advantage.
Of course that the PANista’s fear goes further than the repairing of the international highway.
If Eduardo Bours’ objective it’s achieved and the Federal government decides to invest to the highway.
The social impact will be in Eduardo’s favor
And if the Federal government decides not to invest, neither to close the Fundicion toll box.
On their sin will be their penitence.
Cause the affected sonorenses will charge the bill, and very high, next year.
When the collective concience, decide not to give their vote to the PANistas nominees.
So in all sides, the PANistas will lose.
All that has to be done it’s to take advantage of this mistakes and capitalice them, not now, but next year.
The PRI’s strategy for the elections will have to keep all this in mind.
On those conditions, the table it’s served for the tricolores.
Even when they’re magnifying the electoral campaign done by PAN’s aspirants to be governor.
Specially Guillermo Padrés Elías.
To whom surely are making a file of their political activities well prepared, that will be used, at the right time, by the political strategists.
Guillermo Padres, for many, it’s already a nominee.
And they’re betting all their chips on him.
Hopefully they’re not chosing the wrong one.
Cause María Dolores del Río Sánchez, it’s coming strong.
It’s not an easy task for Guillermo.
Cause David Figueroa, Florencio Díaz Armenta, also want the nomination.
Even Javier Gándara Magaña could fight for it.
Manuel Espino Barrientos. will play an special role in this process.
After he was threw out of PAN’s national presidency by Felipe Calderón’s group.
The guy is hurted and in those conditions, he’s really dangerous.
That’s why I said, that if there’s a hot race for governor nomination, it’s precisely inside Natioanl Action Party.
Not so much at PRI.
Where all aspirants, are being cautious.
Each one doing their job.
A job that will bring back votes.
Like the case of Ernesto Gándara Camou, putting all his energy in
The city with more people, and votes.
Alfonso Elías Serrano, it’s, also, doing his work.
Francisco Antonio Astiazarán, Guaymas’ mayor, on his fight.
And Roberto Ruibal Astiazarán, secretarie of State.
Sober and cautious on their duties.
To not make any early mistakes.
In the Democratic Revolution Party (PRD), there’s nothing to say.
There’s more shame than glory.
